  • Eat all the food slowly, small sips.
  • If you chew slowly the feeling of fullness will come soon and you will not eat in excess.

Snacks are not prohibited

  • You can make a program that will include an after-noon snack at around 15:00.
  • You can enjoy a little chocolate cake.
  • Not recommended ice cream, potato chips and donuts.
  • If hunger does not disappear after dinner, you can afford another snack to eat fruit or low-calorie foods.

Go to bed early

  • The more you sleep the sooner the better.
  • You still have to leave a window of four hours between last meal and when you sleep.

Exercise is recommended but not required

  • Do not feel obliged to go to the gym or sports practice.
  • If you still feel the need to move, do not become depleted. The basic idea of the diet is convenience.
