What’s the Best Diet?

To follow it you should have a daily menu of foods from each food group:

  1. Tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, kohlrabi, beets
  2. Pear, quince, green peppers, bananas, potatoes
  3. Lettuce, onion, stevia, spinach, asparagus

These can be combined with fish, if you have hypertension, mushroom if you have problems with blood flow, or grilled lean meat and eggs.

This food is recommended to those who have a predilection or faced with psoriasis, being a means to enhance healing and therapeutic outcomes.

Radishes for dietIt can be passed on indefinitely long periods, being more permissive, and while admitting the consumption of dairy products and eggs in small quantities, provided that 50% of food menu should be made up of raw fruits and vegetables.
First, every meal starts with fruit juice and appliances such as celery, parsley, radish, combined (as a taste enhancer) with apple juice or carrot.
Then, raw vegetables at every meal salad with vegetables rich in fiber: carrot, cabbage, parsley, lettuce, spinach, radish, beetroot.
Graham bread will be eaten, refined oil will be replaced if possible with the cold-pressed.

Rice diet
Rice-based diet has the great advantage that after a few days after starting it you won’t feel hunger. It is not recommended to be kept more than a week since because of its high concentration of carbohydrates that causes imbalance in the body.

  1. Breakfast: Fruit
  2. Lunch: 100 g boiled rice
  3. Dinner: 100 g boiled rice, a fruit, unsweetened tea

Lemon diet
Lemon diet is recommended against rheumatism, gout, a nephritic colic (kidney).
Drink juice to avoid contact of teeth with acid lemon juice. It starts with a lemon juice and gradually increase the dose. The diet lasts 21 days and can eat up to 4-5 lemons a day, then gradually lower their number.

For skin cleansing diet is less harsh and if the stomach does not support the juice, drink a cup every night softened in hot water with the juice of a lemon.

Rules:

  2. The remaining days (5 days) do not eat at all: sweets, bread, pasta, sugar, alcohol, pastries
  3. 2 cups daily buckthorn tea (1 teaspoon of herb in 150ml hot water) 15 minutes before meals.
